Gilbert Blythe

I think i just met the perfect guy and his name is Gilbert Blythe. He is one of the character in the film version of Anne of Green Gables played by Jonathan Crombie. I came across clips of the movie, showing Gilbert and Anne's relationship from their first meeting and i couldn't help but to fall in love with them. They're so perfect for each other. I haven't got the chance to watch the whole movie though but really looking forward to it. And I can't help but to think that Jonathan Crombie's face hold a resemblance to Skandar Keynes from the Chronicles of Narnia. Which makes more reason for me to drool over him.

Anyway, here is a clip of all the years they've spent together

 Argh! I think i'm melting!!!!
I would love to be in her position. Please.

Holiday Reading List

I just finish reading One day by David Nicholls although i pretty much have to push my self through it. It's not that i don't like the story but these days my laziness has somehow reached it's top level. I guess watching too many movies kind of drain your eagerness to think more. Movies are easy and fast to understand while books, well.. sometimes it takes time to get to the point of it (especially if it's in English, in my situation).

I'm not going to review the book since I'm not good at this kind of thing. I can say it's quiet good. I read it because a friend of mine also read it and she seemed to like it a lot. The plot is interesting. I got bored in the first half of the book but it got better and better towards the end. I'm not fond of the ending though, since I am the "happy ending" kind of girl. Can't wait for the movie adaption who stars Anne Hatheway and Jim Sturgess in it.

And now i'm stuck on deciding between Perfect You and Something,Maybe to read next. They're both by Elizabeth Scott. I found out from Goodreads that she is apparently going to be the next Sarah Dessen. Hmm.. any suggestion on which one should i read first?

Never mind, i'll do eenie meenie minie moe (is this how you spell it?) to decide.

Anyway, better get going.
See you later Alligator!
